Trust Your Intuition
I regularly have clients that ask me questions about giving their horse a certain feed, supplement, or pharmaceutical. They ask because they say it doesn’t feel right but so-n-so at the barn feeds it and they think I should feed it too. I always respond the same: “You know your horse better than anyone else and if it doesn’t feel right to you then listen to your gut.” Every time the client replies telling me how I was right. But the reality is that they were right. Their only challenge was having the self-confidence in themselves to listen to their own intuition.
Practice trusting your gut feelings and what they mean to you. By letting your horse assist you this becomes an invaluable resource that really is just for you. Be sure to be aware of any emotions, thoughts or feelings first when you are working this aspect of the self. This will assure it is clear that no 'outside' influences affect the results. This is about you, and your connection to yourself and your horse. Take excellent care of your intuition as it takes care of you and let it help you every day and in every way. Be open to possibilities for there are many.
Affirmation: "Each day I am strengthening my connection with my inner guidance system with the help of my horse and as I do this it begins to grow along with the connection I have with my horse. As we grow together, I know exactly what to do and when, for my highest good and the good of my horse."
