I spent seven years taking care of my terminally ill father and helped with the family farm that my dad dedicated his life to. In 2018, we lost him to cancer. On the day of his funeral, I had to put down my soulmate of a horse. I had been living with a huge hole in my heart and struggling with anxiety and depression. I know it wasn't a coincidence that I found Circle when I needed it most. Circle brought a spark back to my life and for the first time I felt like I belonged somewhere. Even though I felt broken, I was welcomed to Circle with open arms. Circle didn't judge me or tell me what to do-Circle just extended me some much needed love and support. Circle was where I gave myself permission to pick my head up, crawl out of my hole, and start to live again!
Now, I guide horse loving women on their journey to wholeness in women's gatherings called Inner Health Circle. I spent a long time searching for a like-minded, hearted, and spirited community that provided a safe space for women to share, grow, and overcome challenges within their everyday lives, relationships, and their sense of self. I offer Inner Health Circle as a sacred haven where women connect and support each other. It is part of my calling to share the Circle experience. Therefore, I am making it my mission to provide a place where we can honor ourselves and our passion for horses through the creation of self-love, inner awareness, and exploring our authentic selves. Our overall health and wellness starts from the inside-join us!
