I am Dr. Pamela and I am passionate about guiding lifestyle horsewomen on their journey to inner health and wholeness. I spent years looking for a like-minded community of horsewomen that embraced a life of personal growth with horses. This is why I created Conscious Hoofbeat. Along with my non-conventional ways of woo-woo horse care, I wholeheartedly believe that horses are my spiritual practice and the barn is my church. My approach to horses isn't for everyone. If this resonates with you FABULOUS! If not, I won't have hurty feelings.
Conscious Hoofbeat is for the lifestyle horsewoman who is curious enough to expand her breadth of knowledge and evolve in the arena of inner health
through the exploration of our self. The lifestyle horsewoman brings a level of professionalism to her life with horses.
The vision of Conscious Hoofbeat is to educate, connect, and empower like-minded, hearted, and spirited lifestyle horsewomen to lead a healthier life within their equine-based business and within our human-equine partnerships.

I am Dr. Pamela and I guide professional horsewomen on their journey to inner health and wholeness through online courses, mastermind groups, and virtual women's gatherings called Inner Health Circle.
I am a professional equine and health educator, published author, and life-long learner with a high drive to incorporate mindfulness and contemplative practices in my work with horses. I help professional horsewomen experience personal growth, improved inner health, and reduced stress.
In addition to my academic credentials, I am a wanna be vegan who believes in women's rights and being a voice for the horse through animal advocacy. I believe our health is very much interconnected with the health of our horses and other animals. My spiritual practice is with horses and the barn is my church. When I'm not doing my writing and doing inner work with horses, you can find me taming feral cats!
